Doctor of Laws from the University of Milan with a thesis on intensive animal husbandry. She has been an activist in the environmental and animal sectors for years, aiming to fight for those who cannot do it themselves and to raise awareness for a fairer and more just way.

A marine biologist specializing in aquaculture, he has a bachelor’s degree in aquatic biology from the University of California Santa Barbara in the United States, a master’s degree in sustainable aquaculture from the University of Stirling in Scotland, and a doctorate in biotechnology from the University of Greenwich in London.

Lorenzo has worked in several aquaculture and marine biology centers and laboratories in North America, Europe, Madagascar, and New Zealand, and has recently joined ALI, where he is in charge of the crustacean project.
