
Lorenzo Fruscella

Marine biologist
A marine biologist specialising in aquaculture, he holds a degree in aquatic biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a master's degree in sustainable aquaculture from the University of Stirling in Scotland and a PhD in biotechnology from the University of Greenwich in London.
Lorenzo has worked in aquaculture and marine biology centres and laboratories across North America, Europe, Madagascar and New Zealand, and now works with ALI as a scientific advisor on aquatic animal welfare.
